Does this JJ Abrams tweet show the inside of the Death Star?

Director JJ Abrams shared this image on the Bad Robot Twitter feed. While the image ostensibly appears to be a simple picture of a handwritten note about the new Apple watch, sharp-eyed Star Wars fans have spotted that the background behind the note bears an uncanny resemblance to the interior of the Death Star in the original Star Wars films. Could the Death Star be appearing in Episode VII?
